At Center for Natural Health & Rehabilitation, we participate with many major insurance plans, including:

• Aetna (excluding Aetna Medicare HMO-POS plans)
• All Blue Cross Blue Shield plans
• AmeriHealth
• Medicare

Insurance coverage and benefits can vary depending on your specific plan. We encourage you to contact our office so we can help verify your coverage prior to your appointment.

Don't See Your Insurance Listed?

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still receive care at our office through our self-pay option.

We can provide you with a detailed invoice or statement for the services you receive. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may submit this documentation directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan and benefits.
